It is our prayer that there would be reconciliation between the Bride of Christ and the Lesbian, Gay, Transgender and Bisexual Community. "Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples.”
We believe it is time that followers of Christ and communities of faith begin to reach across the great divide. We live in a time where both sides are yelling, calling shots and throwing stones. Jesus told his disciples in John 13:34-35, "I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."

A Group of Christians Gets Coffee Poured on Them and A Girl Is Hit With A Bible in the Castro District of San Francisco:
We have to ask ourselves if Christ would be more appalled by how we are displaying His love, in His name, than by how gays and lesbians around the world are seeking love in their name. As people of faith in Jesus, we must put love and Love Himself before our every other conviction we feel in our hearts. We have been too quick to answer and fight for issues of marriage and/or sin (frankly, arguing with many who want nothing to do with Christianity or think they are in sin), when we have completely forgotten to root ourselves, our words and our actions in love. Instead of loving our neighbors, we have created enemies.
We are calling all of us in the Church to begin having a dialogue and conversation before we can even focus on whether one thinks the LGBT community and those in within it need conversion, salvation and saving. The world is watching and waiting...
